The DP970X series is a highly integrated primary-side control, constant current mode LED power switch. The chip works in inductive current discontinuous mode, and is suitable for isolated flyback LED constant current power supplies.
DP970X integrates 600V power MOSFET and high-voltage self-powered circuit, and adopts patented degaussing detection voltage and load regulation rate. Technology, without auxiliary winding detection, degaussing and power supply, simplifies the design and production cost of the system. The chip integrates a high-precision inductor current sampling circuit, which can obtain high-precision constant current output and excellent line power.
DP970X integrates complete protection functions to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system, such as: VDD under-voltage protection (UVLO), cycle-by-cycle current limit (OCP), over-temperature protection (OTP), output over-voltage protection (OVP), LED open circuit And short-circuit protection, etc.
