RM6715S is a dual-winding offline switching power management chip with built-in high-voltage MOSFET and current mode PWM+PFM controller, which meets the six-level energy efficiency standard.
RM6715S has a built-in high-voltage start-up resistor, and the patented technology powers VCC without external auxiliary winding, which saves design costs.
The RM6715S chip has multiple built-in working modes. Under light load conditions, the chip enters Burst mode to eliminate audio noise from the transformer and improve conversion efficiency; in standby mode, the circuit enters hiccup mode, effectively reducing the standby power consumption of the circuit. The internal integrated slope compensation module is conducive to the stability of the closed-loop feedback loop of the system in CCM mode and reduces the output ripple voltage.
A variety of abnormal state protection functions are integrated inside the chip. When the circuit is abnormal, the chip enters the protection state and automatically restarts the detection, the abnormality is removed, and the normal output is restored.
