FM9920B is a high-performance secondary side synchronous rectifier chip, integrated with low on-resistance MOS. It is suitable for isolated synchronous rectification applications, especially for chargers where high efficiency is required. FM9920B is used in a switching power supply system with a 5V output for flyback control to replace the secondary Schottky. FM9920B can effectively reduce the power loss of the secondary rectifier tube, improve the efficiency of the system, and provide customers with ultra-high cost-effective solutions.
