FM9918
product description
FM9918 series is a secondary side synchronous rectifier chip used for flyback. By driving the internal MOS, the FM9918 series can significantly improve efficiency compared with traditional diode rectifiers.
When the FM9918 series detects that the Vds of the internal MOS is less than -300mV, the internal MOS is turned on. Once Vds is greater than -10mV, the FM9918 series turns off the internal MOS.
The FM9918 series supports multiple working modes, such as DCM, CrCM, CCM and QR. It adopts SOP-8 package form.
