CY7319 is a high-performance synchronous rectifier circuit used in switching power supply systems.
CY7319 integrates a high-performance synchronous rectifier controller and a low on-resistance power tube to replace the Schottky diode in the traditional flyback converter system, which can reduce heat loss, increase output current capability and improve efficiency.
CY7319 provides complete protection functions to improve the reliability of the system.
