OCP8153D is an integrated 650V MOSFET high-precision off-line constant current LED driver chip, which can be applied to LED constant current drive power with an output power of less than 18W, and supports full voltage input AC85V~265V.
Chip packaging form: SOP-8L, DIP-8L, using primary-side feedback technology, it can achieve very good line voltage regulation rate and load regulation rate without TL431, optocoupler and feedback circuit, which greatly saves system cost and size space.
OCP8153D has a complete protection function. It uses the FB pin to detect the output open circuit. Once the overvoltage signal is detected, the chip enters the hiccup working state; at the same time, the chip also uses the FB pin to achieve short-circuit detection. Once a short-circuit signal is found, the chip will enter Lower operating frequency to limit output power. In addition, FB short-circuit protection, under-voltage lockout and over-temperature protection functions to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the entire system in harsh working environments.
